Corvette has future with GM

The CEO of GM Fritz Henderson declared that despite of the financial difficulties General Motors is facing, Corvette will still have a future with GM. The C7 is on schedule, although its release date is still a secret. The C6 has been produced since 2005 and is still using important technical parts of the C5. The C7 will probably use the same technical parts in order to reduce costs. That would mean that the Corvette will be using 12 years of proven technique in the new decade.
