Corvette ZR1 at Nürburgring

Especially Nissan and General Motors take this very seriously. Friday 27th june 2008 at the Nürburgring Nordschleife in Germany General Motors took the Corvette ZR1 for a test drive. Driven by engineer Jim Mero the ZR1 completed the 23 kilometer distance in 7 minutes en 26.4 seconds. That is faster than the Nissan GT-R (7:29) and any Porsche. It is 16.5 seconds faster than the Corvette Z06. Later that year the ZR1 was 4 seconds faster and drove in 7 minutes and 22.4 seconds the same distance. Read More →

Its driving very smoothly without pushing the engine in the red. The driving experience you can compare it with a porsche or a ferrari without paying a fortune for the car.
